A re-upload of my AFV Radio Chatter Mod for SF and SF 2. For those who may not have it or are new to Shock Force 1 and 2. A true immersive classic designed way back in 2009!
This mod adds radio chatter sounds to the US vehicle wav files. See the readme for a full explanation behind the design.
Try whatever, this won’t work for me on a Mac (OS 10.14.3). Mod unzipped and installed in Applications / CMSF / Data / Z and……nothing. Started a couple of saved gamed (v2.01) and zero sound from any vehicle. Delete this mod and sound returns. Quite like the sounds from playing the wavs but won’t work in the game so no choice but to bin it.
Hey, sorry it took so long to answer. The files are old ones. I forgot that Macs won’t use 44.100 kHz, 16 Bit, Mono. They need to be converted to 48.000 kHz, 16 Bit, Mono. I don’t know when I can update it but you can convert them in Audacity or some other wav editor.
