Combat Mission Splash Screen Logos By Mord

A collection of the main CM Logos in PNG format that you can use in your mod/scenario title/splash screens. Figured some of you may not have access to them especially now that Battlefront made the new website. Seems these originals were lost in the migration.

Sorry, don’t have the NATO or the Brits logos from CMSF.

Modified NATO Floating Icons

With permission from angryson to make these changes to the NATO Floating Icons. These are the modified version that includes the British icons. Changed the blue icons to be able to see both the British and US forces on the same map. British icons are dark khaki color and the US is olive drab color.

An updated version of the Mega pack with portraits for ALL of CMSF and it’s Modules. There are a total of 262 pics…a few updated from the previous version and a bunch of new ones for Nato.

A set of floating icons with NATO symbology (sorry I hate the silhouettes) with a twist. When nothing is selected, you see blue and red icons as normal…

But when you select a unit, it flashes a specific color depending on the nationality of the unit. For example US = olive green, Germany = gray, UK = tan, Netherlands = orange, Canada = brown, and Syria = Islamic green.

If you double select (thus selecting an entire formation) all of the units will turn their national color. In this example, a US Platoon is selected.

Unfortunately, shared icons cannot be setup like this.. shared icons include, snipers, HQ units, ITV’s, etc and will remain either blue or red.

The red icons are also created this way, so if you have a US and a Syrian unit both fighting for red, then you can easily differentiate them visually.

This mini mod is supposed to increase immersion for players who players who like to play as Red UnCons. Included are:

– New Splash Screens(Main Menu, Load/Save Menu, Loading Screen, Title)

– Immersive Music (Main Menu, Loading Screen, Battle Results)

This mini mod is intended to be strictly unpolitical and only to be used for increasing immersive gameplay!

I went for functionality over beauty. The pictures are only as large as needed to distinguish the objects.
