This is not a mod with actual voice files of Canadians unfortunately. Rather since the Canadians share the same voice files with the Americans one would hear at time your Canadians speaking with obviously non-Canadian accents such as US Southern or New York. I replace the offending files taking some of the new ones from other sources. Sorry no Francophone Canadians at this time.

What is HQS? This is a huge sound mod, it replaces most sound files taking the game to a new level of immersion.

This is the standard version. It is significantly different from my older mods. I have taken great care to keep the small arms sounds as short as possible to reduce load on the computer, and instead use the built-in shot trail files to add the echo of gunfire to the game. It is my preferred mod of the two versions and I hope you like it too.

Works for both CMBN and CMFI and their expansions. CMRT version available separately.

Made to work on MAC as well.

Copied into the “Z” folder, they are played while the scenarios are being loaded and go perfectly together with the new “Force Specific Backgrounds”.
